this is just a theme I was sing a while ago and rather liked, and possibly it'll give someone an/some idea(s)?
I used the Cillop-Midnight GTK theme, some emerald concoction of mine for the window borders, my little "ghost tux" background, some Mac OS X icon theme, and custom panel bars. Note that none of this stuff is included! :) (unless someone specifically requests something...)

I just have 2 gnome panels, one at the top, one at the bottom, and they've got different stuff! :)
